Shredded (and my big news)

What the HELL was I thinking? Jillian Michaels, you have crippled me. Maybe I should have read this review first. And the comments. Dear God, those comments. Especially that fourth one. Ouch. Actually, I don't feel nearly as bad as that woman. Once the ibuprofen kicks in, I think I'll be ready for day 2.





In other news, I'm no debutante, but I am making a debut today.
